Delivery Information

Postage Costs at a Glance.

Economy UK Delivery, 3-5 working Days:

This delivery service starts at £2.95, and is calculated by weight. As an economy service, delivery will take between 3 and 5 working days from dispatch. This service is normally delivered by Royal Mail 48

Once your item has been dispatched, you will be updated with a message letting you know which service has been used to dispatch your order, along with any tracking information, and in most cases items sent using a courier will need a signature.

Postcodes IM, HS, and ZE. There is no additional charge for this service, however delivery may take an extra day.

UK Delivery, 1-2 Working Days:

Postage is calculated by weight and starts at £5.95. Delivery will take between 1-2 working days following dispatch, not time of order.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will be updated with a message letting you know which service has been used to dispatch your order, along with any tracking information, and in most cases items sent using a courier will need a signature.

Prices start at £4.95.

Small orders will be sent via Royal Mail and larger/heavier orders will be sent via courier.

You will be notified of the delivery service used and any tracking information that is available. Once dispatched, orders can take between 7-14 working days.

Customs forms will be filled out by us where necessary, but you, the customer/recipient of the order are responsible for any/all import taxes, levies, fees and other charges which may be incurred by placing the order.

Returns

We try and make all returns simple to follow and fair. We know when shopping on-line, you want the reassurance that if the items not quite what you want, you can return it.

You can cancel your order at any time before your order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to stop the order – and you will have to return the item.

If you need to return an order – please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Item/s need to be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your order, with a completed Product Returns Form

To receive a refund – items must be returned in an unaltered and fully re-sellable condition. Altered, excessively tried on, or examined will receive will be subject to a handling fee. We do not reimburse return postage costs, and we will only refund economy/standard postage costs when a full order is being returned. We do not reimburse express postage costs, – only the Economy/standard equivalent

Free or bonus items may be returned but are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If your item was part of an offer – for example: buy one get one free offer, both items will need to be returned for any refund to occur.

Faulty Items

If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us using the products return form – stating why you believe your item is faulty. We use a slightly different returns option for these items, as they often need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. We only refund return postage when the item is found to be faulty, and is capped at £5.00 per 5kg.
